It is recommended to pay particular attention to the loading of goods, either to not damage the same, or not to overheat the truck body.
Here are some general guidelines:
- try to distribute the loads on the surface of the floor avoiding as much as possible with concentrated loads. In order to achieve this goal it can be useful to fix the goods on special pallets.
- In the case of loading with a forklift and/or pallet you must be careful not to bump violently on the walls of the truck with the goods and/or with the forks of the handling means
- Pay attention to the time of loading not to bump into any interior arches, although they are made with reinforcements, a too violent shock could damage them .
- Place correctly the load retaining means (belts, poles crick) in order to prevent displacement of the goods during the journey. Do not tighten excessively the load retaining means that could cause permanent deformation into the truck structure. In particular, the straps do not have to work horizontally because the load, in this way, is not properly tensioned towards the front head and retains freedom of movement, but instead it should be set in order that the fixing points of the belts are closer to the front head of the same load creating a forward force.
